About ME

Karen Abbott Trimuel Photo.png

I'm Karen Abbott-Trimuel - I create space for remembering what you already know. I am also known as KAT, a clarity coach, author, and speaker whose work centers on returning to the truth within.

My work arises from lived experiences — not abstract ideas. â€‹Every reflection, story, and spoken piece is meant to help the listener return to themselves. â€‹I have come to know that we do not become someone else — we remember who we already are. â€‹â€‹This work is for those who sense they are standing at a threshold and want language for what they already feel.

What This Work Is About

This work is not about instruction.

It is about returning to presence.

My path — personal and professional — has shaped how I listen, speak, and hold space. â€‹But the work itself is not mine — it is yours to recognize and inhabit. It is a quiet invitation to pause, to listen, and to reconnect with the part of yourself that has always known.

Where This Work Comes From

Through my writing, my narrated stories on Katz Crownicles, and my private clarity sessions, I create space for people - especially women to slow down and hear themselves more clearly.

I'm not interested in fixing anyone or pushing change.

I'm interested in presence, honesty, and thoughtful conversation.

Again and again, I've seen how being heard - truly heard - can soften confusion and restore self-trust. This same intention carries through my writing, where each word is meant to reflect something back to the reader that may have been quietly waiting to be recognized.

My Background

This work has taken many forms over time — including writing, speaking, and guiding reflective conversations.

I am the author of Unlocked Answers: How I Remembered Who I Am, along with Unlocking the Answers to Who I Am: A Self-Rediscovery Workbook, Ladies Night Unmasked, and Check Your Assets & Know Your Value. Each work reflects a different part of the journey inward - through reflection, awareness, and remembering.

A Life Lived, Not Just Taught

Beyond my creative professional world, I'm rooted in family and real life. I'm a wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, and those relationships have shaped me as much as anything I've written or facilitated.

They've taught me about resilience, responsibility, tenderness, boundaries, and love - not in theory, but in practice.

That lived experience informs everything I offer. It is also what continues to guide me back to myself, again and again, in quiet and honest ways.

An Invitation

If you've found your way here, you may be in a season of reflection or transition yourself.

You're welcome to explore my work, listen to the stories I share, or - if it feels right - engage in a private Clarity & Life Transitions Session, where we talk things through calmly and without pressure.

There's no movement to join.

No urgency to perform.

Just a shared belief that your story matters - and that clarity often begins with being met where you are.

If you find these reflections meeting you where you are, you are welcome here. You do not need to be fixed to belong — you just need to be present. And if you feel called, you may also explore my latest book, Unlocked Answers: How I Remembered Who I Am, a continuation of this work in written form - a space to reflect, recognize, and return.
